We were learning about how to write an abstract noun poem.
I found it easy to do the ‘looks like’, as I have seen many pictures of Weta Caves.
I found it hard to do the smell, and taste because I don't know what it smells or tastes like in Weta Caves!
I really enjoyed adding detail into the poem and watching it all come together.
Next time I need to maybe add a bit more detail to hook my reader in.
My Blog Post shows I am a Smart Learner.
Looks like carefully crafted miniature scenes, later to be made more realistic.
Smells like wet fabric paint warily lathered to perfection.
Tastes like a chicken and cranberry sandwich crumbs falling onto their hard work.
Sounds like soft paint brush strokes dealing to the finishing touches.
Feels like a faint draft flowing through the door.
Lives in Weta Caves.
